Duties:

- Assist walk-ins participants with a variety of consumer forms
- Set up appointments and/ or refer participants for onsite services, i.e., renters and utilities rebate, nurse, care management, and any other special consumer issue
- Direct participants to appropriate outside resources, i.e., housing, Social Security and medical
|
|
Qualifications:
|
- Work with information and assistant staff
- Must become knowledgeable about community resources through intensive training
|
