Duties:

- Answer phone in City Hall reception area/respond to inquiries
- Greet customers at desk and give accurate verbal/written information
- Research and document unfamiliar inquiries
- Act as translator (when applicable)
- Complete appropriate paperwork
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
|
- Volunteers are needed to serve as Information ambassadors at Inglewood City Hall.
- Volunteers provide a positive impression of the City and respond to phone and face-to-face inquiries about the City and its services.
