Duties:

• Customer Service Reps: Will greet all seniors as they enter, and give them direction as to where to go to register. Will distribute resource materials to seniors as needed.
• Registration/Sign-In Table: Will direct seniors to sign in and will distribute numbers.
• Disabled Registration: Will assist disabled seniors (wheelchair, walker or cane), in signing in at the sign-in table designated for disabled seniors only. These seniors will be given a different color number and have priority distribution.
• Number Calling: Will call number for the all disabled first. After they have been called, will then call numbers for the rest of the participants.
• Crowd Control: Will help assist seniors where to go after their number has been called. Will escort disabled seniors who may be in need of assistance. Will also be available to help any senior who needs assistance in carrying their food to their car/Inglewood Para transit van.

Qualifications:

• Good communication skills
• May be asked to lift at least 15 pounds
• Are able to volunteer every 4th Tuesday of each month.
